House Rules for Casabay Suite
1. **Check-In/Check-Out**:
- Check-in: 3PM onwards
- Check-out: 12NN fixed
Please inform us of any schedule changes in advance. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
2. **No Smoking**:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A penalty fee of 10,000 php will apply for violations.
3. **Pets**:
Pet Policy varies per unit.
4. **Quiet Hours**:
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
5. **Occupancy Limits**:
Please strictly adhere to the occupancy limit to avoid additional charges, inconveniences, or denial of entry..
6. **Cleanliness**:
Please keep the unit tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out that could attract pests. Follow the building's disposal guidelines, as improper disposal may result in a charge of 5,000 to 10,000 pesos.
7. **Damage and Breakages**:
Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage or stains beyond normal wear and tear and will incur charges.
8. **Parties and Events**:
Parties and events are not allowed. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
9. **Security**:
Ensure the unit is locked and secured when you leave. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
10. **Check-Out Procedure**:
- Dispose of all trash properly.
- Return keys/access cards as instructed.
- Notify us once you’ve checked out.
